Using recycled street sweeper blades and pre-used nylon cable ties as the 0's and 1's, I spell out a an encoded binary/ascii message. Decoded it reads reads "rapidly".

It's the beginning of a longer statment from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (from their March 2023 Sixth Assessment Report), that I have used as the pattern generator for many new works. The full sentence, as used in similar works reads:
